Color Painted Glass which is also named lacquered gss, paint glass etc, is made by painting different color of enamel on the clear glass or ultra clear glass surface by roller printing machine.The painted suface is smooth and easy cleanning.Our paint including priming paint,finishing paint and paint accelerants is imported from Fenzi Paint Italy.
PRODUCTION PROCESSING
pre-wash->cleaning->spraying paint accelerant-> air drying-> first baking-> sprinkle the paint(various color)-> second baking->sprinkle finishing paint->paint drying-> paint curing and cooling -> cleaning again ->inspection-> packing
Characteristic
1. Contemporary colors - HEXAD painted glass comprises 12 different colors. There are five light shades available, contrasting
with four bold colors and one intense black.
2. Durability - As the paint is applied to the back of the glass, it is protected from damage, ensuring durability.
3. Resistance- HEXAD Painted Glass has a special resista nce to humidity making it ideal for use in high humidity rooms su ch as,
kitchens and bathrooms etc.
4. The brilliance of the colors within the range is far superior to gloss paints when trying to achieve a stunning affect.
